By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service below. Please read and understand them to ensure transparency and protection for both parties. I am not responsible for issues arising from failure to do so. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.   SECTION 1:  

GENERAL TERMS.

☆ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
★ All commissions are digital products unless a physical copy is requested.
★ Physical copies are subject to additional fees that are separate from the commission price.
☆ Commissions are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise arranged.
★ Commercial usage is not currently offered at this time. However, if you'd like to discuss potential options, feel free to reach out to [email protected].
★ Both the client and the artist agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or personal information shared during the commission process.
☆ My artwork includes a subtle signature, which must remain intact. Please ensure my art style aligns with your needs, as I do not replicate other artists' styles. While I can recreate my own work, it may vary slightly from the samples shown in my shop. Expect potential variations in style, coloring, and composition as my artistic process continues to evolve.
★ One request per transaction only.
★ The client must provide clear written details and at least two visual references of the requested commission.
☆ Once I review the commission request, I will contact the client if I am interested. The commission will officially begin once I send the invoice, and payment is received.
★ The commission can be kept private at no additional charge. The client must inform me in advance if they prefer this option.
★ I reserve the right to showcase the commission in my portfolio.
☆ For commissions of existing IPs (e.g., fan art), I may sell the finished artwork on digital marketplaces (e.g., Ko-Fi Store) or as prints. The client can choose to decline this.

  SECTION 2:  

NOTES.

☆ The prices listed are base prices and may increase depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece.
★ Adding extra characters to the same piece will cost an additional $50 to the commission price.
★ Complex details, at my discretion, will incur an additional charge.
☆ If I determine that the request has complex details, I will inform you and provide a quote in advance.
★ Upon completion of your commission, you will receive the artwork in PNG, JPG, or your preferred format. File sizes will vary depending on the project, and you may also receive additional file formats (e.g., .gif) depending on the commission type.
★ I begin drawing on a 3000 x 3000 px or 2048 x 2048 px canvas at 300 dpi and may crop the image to the final size.
☆ If you require a specific size or DPI, please let me know in advance.
★ If the request is not an illustration and you’ve requested a simple background, you will also receive a version with a transparent background.
☆ If you or anyone else wants to use the commission for any other purpose, you MUST communicate with me—no exceptions.

  SECTION 3:  

PAYMENT.

☆ I must be paid before I start the commission
★ Work will begin once the upfront payment (50%) or full payment is received. The 50% upfront payment is non-refundable and secures my time and effort.
^{Upfront Payment: The 50% non-refundable upfront payment is required to secure your spot and cover initial time investment. This payment is not refundable under any circumstances.}
★ The remaining 50% is refundable and due after the sketch is approved. If you’re unhappy with the final work and haven’t paid the remaining balance, you may cancel without extra fees.
^{The remaining 50% payment is refundable only after the sketch phase is approved, and If you’ve paid the remaining balance and are dissatisfied with the final work, that portion is eligible for a refund.}
☆ All prices are listed in USD.
★ Payment will be done by Chase Invoice (preferred), Zelle, Venmo or Artistree.
★ I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CASH APP.
☆ Invoices must be accepted and paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice
^{If payment or a response is not received within 10 days, the commission will be canceled.}
★ Your spot in the queue will only be confirmed once payment has been received. This ensures fairness and allows me to manage projects efficiently.
★ The final files will be delivered once the full payment has been received, ensuring that all payments are complete before releasing the final work.
☆ Chargebacks will result in being permanently blocked on all platforms and make you ineligible for any future work. This protects both parties and ensures trust in the process.
★ I reserve the right to cancel commissions and refund payments if the terms are not met or if there is any breach of agreement.
★ Payment must be done by the client - no third parties allowed
☆ Please only commission me if you already have your funds ready. Do not waste my time or yours by proceeding without payment. Delays will not be tolerated.

  SECTION 4:  

Workflow + Revisions.

☆ I strive to complete commissions within 3 weeks to 1 month of receiving payment, depending on the scope of the commission. However, please note that I may take up to 3 months to finish a commission once work has begun.
★ Clients cannot set a deadline for the completion of the commission. I will complete the work within the timeframe that best suits the project.
★ I will provide WiPs at major points throughout the process, and client approval is required to continue. I may also provide additional WiPs if I need clarification. Please ensure you respond promptly to avoid delays.
^{It’s the client’s responsibility to check WiPs and approve them on time. Delays in approval may push back the project timeline.}
☆ Clients may request WiPs at anytime.
★ During the approval stage, you can request significant changes to composition, colors, and design. Once approved, up to 5 minor changes (e.g., small color tweaks) are allowed at no extra charge. They may not be done immediately.
★ After the sketch is approved, minor revisions (e.g., small detail changes) will cost $5 per change. Major changes to composition or design will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees depending on the complexity.
☆ If I make a mistake due to not following the request clearly, I will correct it at no extra charge.
★ Clear communication is key to ensuring a smooth process. Please provide any necessary reference materials or detailed instructions upfront to avoid confusion later.
★ Final approval is required before the project is considered complete. Once final approval is given, no further revisions will be accepted.

  SECTION 5:  

Copyright / Licenses.

☆ I retain full copyright over all commissioned artwork, including the rights to reproduction, distribution, and display. This means I maintain the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or in any promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon.
★ You may not claim ownership, reproduce, or distribute the artwork for any commercial purposes without written consent. Any alterations or usage outside of the agreed terms may require a separate licensing agreement.
★ This ensures that I maintain creative control and the ability to use the artwork for personal and promotional purposes. However, you have the right to display and use the commissioned work for personal or non-commercial purposes, as long as you credit me as the artist (if required by the terms).
☆ I do not claim ownership of the subjects I am commissioned to draw. The client retains ownership of the original concept, character, or idea that they provide for the commission. My copyright applies only to the artwork itself.
★ I am free to post WiPs of the commission and/or stream the process.
★ You receive a non-exclusive license to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes uses such as social media avatars, wallpapers, or personal prints. You may display and share the artwork privately, but any commercial use (e.g., for resale, merchandising, or promotion) requires additional written permission.
☆ The original ideas and concepts you provide for the commission are yours, but the creative work itself, including the artwork, style, and other related ideas, remains my intellectual property. This includes the specific interpretation, design, and execution of the commission, which are entirely my own.
★ If you would like to keep the commission private, please let me know before I start the commission. I will respect your wishes and ensure the artwork remains confidential.
★ I may reuse unused preparatory content, such as sketches or concepts, for future works or projects. If this is a concern, please discuss it with me before the commission begins.THE CLIENT.
☆ Must credit @cr8tivdrayaa or @irandomdraya as the artist of the commissioned piece.
★ Cannot use commissions for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and AI purposes.
★ Commercial usage is not allowed, unless the respective fee has been paid.
☆ This agreement ensures that you can use the artwork as you wish for personal enjoyment while respecting my rights to the creative work produced. Any alterations or commercial use would require further discussion and permission.
